  What methods do you use to ship?
Discount Reload ships all items via UPS and USPS.  Unless otherwise specified, Discount Reload's standard method of shipping is UPS Ground.  Discount Reload may substitute USPS Priority Mail for the standard method of UPS Ground shipments to ship your order.

  How much will shipping cost?
Shipping can be calculated online through our basket simply by selecting items and using our Shipping Calculator located on the View Cart page. Shipping charges are calculated in real-time based on the most up-to-date information obtained direct from the UPS and USPS web sites.  Our shipping rates are based on pricing for weight/size and destination of the order.  In some instance, heavy or large items may require additional shipping charges.

  How long will it take for me to receive my order?
The majority of our orders ship directly from our warehouse in Missouri.  Allow up to 24 hours to process your order at our office, and 2 to 3 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped from our warehouse.  Although the majority of orders are completed and shipped within 48 hours, it may take up to 96 hours before your order leaves our warehouse.  As a rule of thumb, UPS ground shipments takes approximately 4 days to ship to the east coast and 5 days to ship to the west coast with order processing and packaging time.  Your times may vary based upon your proximity to Missouri, as well as, UPS and USPS delivery schedules.  Below is a map of the UPS Ground Deliver Schedule from Missourri (Business Days).

  Can I get faster delivery of my order?
Yes, DiscountReload offers a variety of delivery services for fast delivery.  Faster delivery services and guaranteed delivery time estimates from our shippers are based on the time the order is picked up from our warehouse.

When selecting a faster delivery service, please understand and allow up to 24 hours to process your order at our office, and 2 to 3 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped from our warehouse.  Although the majority of orders are completed and shipped within 72 hours, unless you contact us for expedited process and packaging and we confirm, it may take up to 96 hours before your order leaves our warehouse.  

We offer the following express shipping methods:

    • UPS 2nd Day Air
    • UPS Next Day Air Saver
    • UPS Next Day Air

Shipping charges for all of the above express shipping methods is calculated in real time based on your ship to address and the most up to date rates available on UPS.com or USPS.com.

  What is the $3.95 Handling Charge and how do I avoid it?
Orders under $50.00 are charged a nominal $3.95 handling fee for processing.   To avoid the handling charge, place an order for merchandise totaling $50.00 or more.

  Do I need to sign for my order when it arrives?
No, Discount Reload does not require a signature for delivery.

If the recipient is not available, packages may be left at the carrier's discretion.  Please be advised that ownership of our products passes on to you, the purchaser, at the time of pick-up from our warehouse by UPS or USPS, who will act on your behalf as your agent.  We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages after delivery, although we will do everything possible and work with the shipping carrier to help retrieve any missing packages, should this rare situation occur.

  Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Military Addresses?
We will ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico via all of the above shipping methods.  At this moment, suppliers have restricted shipping from our warehouse to the continental United States only.  However, we can make special arrangements for orders to be shipped internationally, by taking receipt of items from our warehouse location and shipping them from our main office location.  Please
email us before making a purchase for instructions and shipping charges for placing international orders.

Shipping charges for these addresses will be calculated in real time based on your ship to address and the most up to date rates available on UPS.com and USPS.com.  Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico must be either 2nd day air or Next Day Air.   At this moment, suppliers have restriced shipping from our warehouses to APO & FPO addresses.  For Military Addresses, please email us before making a purchase for instructions and shipping charges for placing orders.

Yes, we accept international orders and will ship worldwide.  At this moment, suppliers have restricted shipping from our warehouses to the continental United States only.  However, we can make special arrangements for orders to be shipped internationally, by taking receipt of items from our warehouse location and shipping them from our main office location.  Please

  How can I track my order?
For registered customers we offer the convenience of Order Tracking.  Simply login to your account, click Order Tracking and select the order which you are inquiring about to find out if your order has been shipped and to obtain the tracking number.

Non-registered customers may use the Track Your Order feature available at our Home Page, and will need to enter the Order Number.  Please feel free to always contact email us or use our contact us form requesting tracking information.  Please include the order number in the subject line of the email.

  Can I pick up my order at the warehouse?
Yes, orders can be picked up directly at our warehouse.  Please be aware not all items are available in our storage locations, and some items ship directly from the manufacturer.  Please
email us or use our contact us form to make a pick up request.  We will do everything we can to make arrangements to schedule a pick up of your order with our warehouse in Vandalia, Missouri or Blairstown, NJ.
